In most practices, there are several items we consider low hanging fruit.  While many of our colleagues are part of franchises such as Vision Source, TSO, or Todays Vision there is no support or services to provide actual knowledge of what to do with the discounts you receive.  We provide a complete frame board, lab, and lens product selection to ensure that all the products you sell are designed to maximize profits for all vision plans you accept.  Each location will be assigned a designated practice management director who will work directly with your manager or key employee on the implementation of systems that wll lower your HR burden and increase profits. Executive profile

Dr. Brandon Blaker

Dr. Blaker began his impressive career 16 years ago after graduating from the University of Houston College of Optometry.  After graduating Dr. Blaker had acquired two multi-million dollar locations within one year of graduation and later expanding to five locations.  Dr. Blaker also worked as an administrator for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) on the integration of $58 million dollar cardiology group.  During his tenure he served as the ethics and compliance officer as well as facility privacy officer.  After 16 years of buying, selling, and starting practices his multi-location business was purchased by a private equity group in 2019.  Now setting his sights on creating a business model that is intuitive and scalable to create the same opportunities for his colleagues.  Dr. Blaker has continued his formal education and is slated to earn his MBA in Finance in the Summer of 2020.
